New after school club comes to Hester’s Way

HW kidz club ERiCChildren in Hester’s Way can now look forward to plenty of afterschool fun thanks to the launch of our brand new club at St Silas Church Centre.

The club, aimed at children aged 6- 10 years, will open its doors for the first time on Tuesday 24 February.

Free to children from St Thomas Moore Primary School and Hester’s Way Primary School, from 3:30pm every Tuesday and Thursday the club will offer fun activities and will give children a chance to get together in a safe place and meet new friends.

At the first session children from St Thomas Moore Primary School will be painting pebbles, customised with their names, which will then be used as a novel way of recording their attendance at each session.

Plans for activities at future sessions include growing Herbie’s Hair, Mother’s day cards and Easter Decoration making.

Children who wish to attend the group will be collected from their school playground to take part in a walking bus to the St Silas Centre.

The Hester’s Way Kidz Club will be held in term time every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:30pm to 4.30pm at St Silas Church Centre, Hester’s Way Road, Cheltenham, GL51 0SE.

Children can register for the club through their schools. Registration forms are available at school Receptions.
