Logistics and Procurement Officer
Salary: Starting at £23,791 with annual increments to £24,964

We are currently seeking a Logistics and Procurement Officer to work within our repairs and Property Services team; to provide support services to responsive repairs, estate cleaning and building services teams in relation to fleet management, materials purchasing, waste management and technology.

Duties will include:

  • Managing CBH fleet vehicle and contract
  • Working with materials supplier partner
  • Overseeing tools and materials purchasing
  • Dealing with CBH scheduling system and to effectively procure contracts when required

For this role you will need to be able to demonstrate experience in building construction and repairs, and in managing suppliers.

You will need to have the ability to review policies and procedures and suggest changes to meet legal requirements.

You will have good communication and interpersonal skills and show ability to build good working relationships with colleagues.

You will have the ability to produce written reports for a variety of audiences, have excellent computer skills and be able to work to tight deadlines.

We are currently seeking an IT Analyst to work within our busy IT Team.

The focus of this role is to support CBH core business applications, data management and working closely with the business and understand their IT requirements.

For this role you will need to have experience of:

  • Providing core business application support and maintenance
  • Successfully implementing, testing and upgrading applications
  • Creating and developing reports using reporting tools e.g. Business Objects or SSRS
  • Monitoring and resolving application interface issues
  • Working closely with staff to resolve their application issues
  • Creating and maintaining technical processes
  • Client (PC/smartphone/tablet) application support, configuration and installation
  • Working closely with suppliers to ensure issues are accurately logged and monitored
  • Using Microsoft Products – minimum Server 2012 / Desktop 7 and 10, Office 2010, SQL Server 2012

You will have to have strong communication skills and need to show initiative, able to work to tight deadlines also have experiences of working in a busy environment with minimum supervision.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic IT Service Desk person to work within our busy IT Team.

The focus of this role is to handle and deal with first line support calls, monitor and escalate support calls by liaising with suppliers and members of the IT team.

You will also need to think on your feet, juggle priorities and deal with a wide range of issues.

For this role you will need to have experience of:

  • Working closely with staff to understand their issues and provide solutions following set procedures
  • Clearly communicating in layman’s terms technical problems with staff
  • Accurately capturing information within support calls
  • Client (PC/smartphone/tablet) application support, configuration and installation
  • Working closely with suppliers to ensure issues are accurately logged and monitored
  • Using Microsoft products – minimum Office 2010 / Windows 7 and 10 operating systems
  • Ability to spot trends in issues and escalate to the appropriate resource

You will have to have excellent communication skills and need to show initiative, able to work to tight deadlines also have experiences of working in a busy environment with minimum supervision.
